RYA Courses


             Use of Flares    Teesside Nautical Studies is a Royal  Yachting Association  recognised training establishment for Shorebased and Practical courses. As a R.T.E. we are inspected on a regular basis by RYA inspectors to ensure that their strict requirements for recognition are being complied with.

Suitable for beginners and crew who would like to become actively involved in navigation.

A one day first aid course designed for small boat users.

GMDSS Short Range Certificate

A one day course which replaces the Restricted VHF Operators Certificate for small boat use.

Essential if you intend to navigate the inland waterways of Europe.
